While I agree with B, I disagree with A
If you have ever been part of a neighborhood watch program, anytime you are outside of your house, you are on “duty” because you are looking for things that are suspicious.
My husband & I were on a neighborhood watch program about 10 years ago & anything or anybody that didn’t belong we questioned. It could be cars parked on an empty cul-de-sac, home doors open & no one around, people who didn’t belong in the area etc. We have had car & home breakins & I have 2 houses on one side where the people have died & they have been empty for over 2 years & the other side where the couple leave for up north all summer. I still am aware of who is driving around & who belongs in this area. If I was having my head struck against the cement I would do the same as Mr. Zimmerman.
