Hmm I swear I have heard this somewhere before, not quite in that way, but pretty sure all the libs put forth similar arguments for neutering the US military too...you know cause of all those 'poor' people in the USA too.

So should India rely on America for support when Pakistan or China decide to pay her a visit? Given how the current US leadership stabs even their friends in the back...its pretty wise for India to take care of their own defense.
