Referring to President Roosevelt's foreign policy quote about speaking softly and carrying a big stick, Biden told the crowd that Obama followed a similar path with Iran.
"I promise you, the president has a big stick. I promise you," Biden said as the crowd laughed.

Although the current pResident of 1600 PA Ave WashDC continuously gives us the BOHICA treatment, JoeBama is up close and personal and is not allowed to take the statement literally, so, more than likely, he ‘assumes the position’ on a daily basis.
In summary, based on above, I think JoeBama finally said something that not only makes sense, but he apparently doeth know of what he speaks.

And as to the T. Roosevelt meaning of the big stick term, I wish ALL American presidents could assassinate as many leaders as brocko has, and get accolades for it in the drive-bys.
