The prosecution gets to pick 6 and there's no way they will allow a jury with no blacks on it . Having said that ,,, this might only lead to a hung jury where other non-minority jurors may vote to acquit . I believe Zim’s best bet is simply with a Judge in lieu of a jury since the prosecutor has over charged him . I'd get Alan Dershewitz as my probono lawyer and he'd win for sure with a judge instead of a jury .
