Babbin is a retired USAF officer and long-time conservative writer, editor, commentator and radio personality.
He is outspoken and was a very popular guest on KSFO San Francisco morning show when Lee Rodgers was there. (Maybe Babbin still guests, I do not listen anymore even though Melanie Morgan is back.)
Rodgers introduced Babbin with The Imperial March (Darth Vader's Theme).
He has filled in for Laura Ingraham and I am sure others also but Ms Ingraham is the only one I know up personally. (Besides Savage of course.)
