It may be rude but it absolutely true. Either Obama or Romney will be president next January. If you do anything but vote for Romney it is a vote for Obama. That is just a fact. You can dress it up with any claim you would like to make, any words you would like to say, and it will still be the absolute truth.
I am hearing how obama and Romney are exactly the same. That is not true. Obama has locked down his past so that the negative information can not be legally obtained. In doing so he has opened up himself to blackmail. Those who appose us in the world are not worried about our legalities and have always managed to buy about any information they want. Anyone who has had a TS clearance in the military knows all about that. If you have skeletons in the closet and information they want you are a target for blackmail. We all had that class a hundred times. The theory still stands up. Romney has not hidden his past. Romney's political career did not begin in the living room of a man who was and is an unabashed Marxist and violent terrorist. Romney does not surround himself with radical activists who suggest, preach, or incite part of our people to violence and revolution. Romney did not stand by as one of his appointees stopped the prosecution of the NBP for voter intimidation and then look the other way when they solicited the murder of George Zimmerman with their wanted dead or alive posters. I'm tired of typing but this list could go on for another page or two. I think you get the message. Any reasonable person who is aware of the actual facts about the Obama administration and his history could never truthfully claim that they are "just the same."

Somewhere in your opus, could you say “You’re right, I was rude. I apologize”?

Please. Your sentiments regarding this coming election aren't the issue here. Your insulting remarks to DJ are clearly what prompted my response.

Imho, you owe her an apology.

OK OK! We have heard that cliche about 1 bajillion times. The fact is this: SO BE IT!

Some of us choose to vote with our conscience rather than the party. If Obama wins, fine. We'll get another shot in 2016 at fielding a REAL conservative.

Or perhaps you haven't reached your breaking point yet. I'm 27 and even I have had enough of this crap. No more stuffing RINO candidates down our throat!

I was for Rick Perry or Newt, period.

Sarah would’ve been great had she wanted to run.

But here we are, with one of the worst RINOs EVER as the nominee.

I agree with Newt when he states the obvious...Romney is not as bad as Obama.

But that’s only because Obama is in a category by himself, in his extreme radicalism and apparently deliberate destruction of America.

Not because Romney deserves to come any where near this nomination.

I won’t join in supporting Romney, or even need to contemplate doing so, partly because my state of Texas doesn’t matter anyway, in this primary or in this election. I say this because Texas will not go for Obama, even if Mitt is the terrible option, and Newt will withdraw before our primary.

Those in cliff-edged swing states will have to individually do what each one believes is right.

Jim has it right that this site was never meant for supporting the likes of Romney.

We are a conservative site, and we are activists in that cause.

Oil and water do not mix.

Carry on Mr. Robinson!

Are you sure about that?

Picked up this little tid-bit at the right scoop from a blogger who is pissed. his/her post.

For anyone who doesn’t believe that Mitt is winning this election with dirty, alinsky style lies, check out this robocall from the Rockland County (NY) Republican Chairman where he tells voters that all of the other republican candidates have dropped out of the race, but they should go out and vote for Romney to show the democrats that republicans are united:

Romney=Obama period!

If you do anything but vote for Romney it is a vote for Obama. That is just a fact.

No it isn't. It is an opinion.

The fact is that if I vote for Virgil Goode, then I have voted for Virgil Goode. That is the indisputable fact.

from free online encyclopedia: A fact (derived from the Latin factum, see below) is something that has really occurred or is actually the case. The usual test for a statement of fact is verifiability, that is whether it can be proven to correspond to experience.

If I cast a vote for Virgil Goode, you cannot verify that I have voted for Obama. Why? Because I would have voted for Virgil Goode.

You can talk about your opinion or about your belief as to what my vote for Goode means, but that would not make my vote for Goode a "fact".
