A Brockton man brutally beaten over a parking space recalled the harrowing attack yesterday from his Hub hospital bed, telling the Herald he’s lucky to be alive and the argument wasn’t worth it.
Sosa said he and his wife were out at a friend’s house Saturday night, and a neighbor was waiting for him when they got home.
Sosa, 40, said his car was parked in its designated spot — and the neighbor was fuming because it was blocking his space.Sosa said the neighbor wasn’t supposed to park there.
The pair exchanged words, Sosa said, and the other man threatened to return with his friends. Sosa thought he was joking, but the man came back a half-hour later with two pals, according to Sosa.
When he saw them coming with a “big piece of metal” and sticks, Sosa said he grabbed his baseball bat to keep them at bay until help arrived. But he said he never swung it as they unleashed a violent beat down.
He said he lost consciousness when one of them clubbed him in the head with a metal bracket. The next thing he remembered was waking up in the hospital.
“When you pass out, it’s almost like you die,” Sosa said. “They can do whatever they want to you. You don’t feel the pain anymore.”
Sosa said his wife tried to call the cops but one of the attackers took her phone and slammed it on her face. Sosa later learned that his daughter called police for help. Police arrested Juan Molina, 24, of Brockton, who is being held without bail after being charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Brockton is another classic example of Democrats killing a city.
It has happened all over the Bay State.
That’s why tens of thousands of people are leaving Massachusetts.
It’s expensive, it’s dangerous and everything can be rationalized in favor of the wrong idea.

What a shame.
A state civil rights audit required an ethnicity survey of all our staff at a public school district. All the usual check boxes were provided. All our minority employees, on their own, wrote in “American”. Several visited me to emphasize how strongly they felt about the issue. They were offended we had to do the survey, supposedly in their interests.
The auditors swooped in, demanding an explanation. Since it wasn’t a plot on my part, they had to accept the heartfelt individual responses. But they didn’t like it.

The outrage in the Trayvon Martin case was that the killer was not arrested.

When was this?
There are over a quarter-million people in the state that are licensed to carry guns. While the process is tedious, requiring a training class, and somewhat expensive for the license, and it is somewhat restrictive, limiting those who have prior felony convictions, no matter how absurd, Mass. is mostly disarmed because it’s citizens are the type who don’t want to arm themselves.
It has gotten considerably worse under Patrick DeVal.
I don’t know why it is, but this doesn’t appear to be nearly as much of a problem if you are talking about european caucasians, or asians. I think that, as a group, they just don’t feel they have as much to prove, and don’t think they need to assert their manhood or dominance.
In this case, it was hispanic/hispanic, so it’s not like they cut him slack because he was a common group, or attacked him because of racial animous. But I would definitely think twice about antagonizing someone who was black or hispanic. Of course, I think twice about antagonizing anybody, I’m more of a peacekeeper than an instigator.

In the Lab it started with X number of Rats(50% male). The rats paired off and multiplied. During this entire experiment food and water remained constant at Y amount. When X became huge and Y remained the same the rats went at each other for space and Y. As they fought and killed each other the rats dwindled. the controls were then to reduce the amount of Y slightly each day.
The result at the end of the testing there were only 4 KingRats and they each had staked out a corner and were still fighting and hoarding food in caches.
It is Scary as Hell when you relate this to us “HUMANS?”.

“1940s, 1950s.” is before my time but you can say that about every city in America during those decades.
Gee I would have thought Three Caucasians with their throats slit by 4 or 5 Negroes might have elicited a little more curiosity and outrage by the National Press....but never mind their ancestors or those with their throats slit probably fought in the Confederate Army.
Maybe if Momma and Daddy Trayvon’s lawyer and the MF Press had read the police reports and listened to the tapes before shouting MURDER a few more citizens might not have been beat up or killed in the name of Trayvon.

Trayvon was killed, and a jury will sort it all out. That's the way it should be.
No problem with a trial jury of his peers.
Why do you think the Special Prosecutor decided that she should not need use Due Process and specify the details for Zimmeman’s indictment charge of 2nd Degree Murder and take the case before a Grand Jury?
Because:
1. if they had not indicted Zimmerman there would be riots;
2. if they had not indicted Zimmerman there would be riots;
3. if they had not indicted Zimmerman there would be riots;
4 if they had not indicted Zimmerman there would be riots;
5. all of the above.
