You figure that she already violated a number of school policies, by bringing a student to her home. Schools frequently have policies in place to prevent “fraternization” or being just like a friend to a student.

We always have these debates about whether these things happened as frequently years ago, or whether it’s just better reported now. What we can say for certain, is that all these young teachers today, have grown up in a society, and an era, in which it’s considered okay to have sex with anybody, marriage doesn’t matter, and that you can have any number of partners, any gender of partners.

And considering that the teaching profession seems to attract liberal minded people, it’s not a stretch to think that student/teacher sex is not considered unthinkable to some of these teachers.

Remember how Fred Sanford would make the most awful faces when talking about some “old, ugly white woman!”?

Fred was being funny but that’s how I looked and felt when I saw that teacher’s mug shot in post #2. She looks mean and hard. And she was taking advantage of a child, possibly a diminished capacity child if he needed tutoring.

Literally, teachers were smarter, brighter, more intelligent, pick one, back when. Today, education majors are the bottom of the academic barrel.

It's why they seem to have more trouble dealing with students, demanding 'zero tolerance' and turn out a poorer product. Yet, they haven't lost the cache of slaving away at a thankless and honorable profession, even as they are pulling down excessive salaries.
