Ya.. Being from Texas.. it was ABNORMAL NOT to carry a pocketknife :p
Even in the service, we always carried one. In the police service, we always carried one for safety (cut locked/blocked/frozen seatbelts)... Here, I am lucky to buy a kitchen knife and walk home safely (not quite that bad ;))
BUT, can’t have ANY knife and/or blade over 2” ( I believe is the max). :/
I never DIDN’T have a blade in my pocket until I came here :p
