Just as illegal as a non-permit handgun around here. A little squeeze bottle of ammonia, maybe? Or the hottest hot sauce you can find ("officer, I use it on my lunch because the lunch place doesn't have it").

Kind of awkward to carry but a can of wasp spray works better than pepper spray and is perfectly legal to carry in any state.
