My God!"I hear people like Sean Penn and Michal Moore touting how good their healthcare is all the time but I highly doubt it myself. Without the money for the latest generation of equipment there is no way it comes close to what we have here, just that it's free.
What a price you have to pay for that free though...

More likely he does not trust Venezuelan health care professionals who are not from the dispossessed classes to look out for his......{ahem}....health and longevity during a hospital stay in Caracas.
