It does look amazing, doesn’t it? I think Mr. trisham’s recipe is a bit different, although he did put bacon on top. He often adds quinoa instead of bread crumbs. It’s lower in carbs.
I use almond meal. It’s even lower in carbs, and it acts a lot like flour. It’s great stuff because of course, I can’t use saltine crackers for meatloaf like my mother used to do.
I like the idea of the bacon on top...but when would you put it on I wonder?
