Yeah folks that’s sarcasm. Making drugs cheap would only lead to even more creeps like this.

Hell why only legal and cheap? I can picture the current folks making it a minority-specific 9affirmative action) addendum to "free birth control" so they can get all the crack they want at our expense. It's just not fair to deny these poor minorities their crack cocaine because it makes them violent against their own folks.
