I’ll be surprised if they all turn out to be women.
Under certain recent laws, it is illegal for Americans to have relations with someone under 18 overseas even if the age of consent in that country is much lower.
I guess promising a larger fee than delivered would qualify as deceit.

I’ve never seen a scandal so quickly or so intensely investigated in my life. When there’s a chance of finding out the names and numbers of underage prostitutes the government’s of the world are ready to turn over every stone to find them.
The last I heard I believe that does not matter. The foreign country may not have a problem with it but if it's pedofilia I thought I had heard the US citizen could still be prosecuted in the US.
There may be particular conditions on this such as whether or not the arrangement to meet or the plan to go to the foreign country and molest underage kids was hatched in the US before actually going.
In some countries their law for those who are young but considered "legal" is there can be a crime if the older person is in a "POSITION OF AUTHORITY" or "POWER"
Someone may want to search for details on these two issues regarding Colombia.
That's basically what liberalism and liberal democrats stand for and why so many rich want to keep the middle class down and bring them down further so that they will have more power and influence over our children.
Similar to Islam. Islam is driven by sex and the power over the female. That's basically how they get their suicide bombers. Sex plays a big part of it and drives them do do what they do.
