Not only arogant, but Orrin Hatch whines when he speaks! JHonestly, my own kids didn’t have that whiney edge to their voices, even when in full “pre-tantrum” mode! (Then again, they knew that “I do NOT DO TANTRUM—so do NOT waste your whining on me!”
