Oh how lovely. A flood watch. We get those and the flooding follows. Fortunately, we're the highest street on the bluff overlooking the mighty Mississup, so the flooding is mostly limited to the houses and streets alongside the railroads tracks and in the farming areas. This city is built on hills and bluffs, which is why it was the last siege.
