Howdy everyone!!

We're at 25% in donations actually received on the scoreboard but we have over that amount in monthlies that will come in later in the quarter, so we are actually well over halfway there!! Woo hoo!!

We have house kitties and 3 strays that I feed. Only 2 or 3 mice last winter.

My father was career Navy. We were not allowed to cut our hair, but when we were children, he made us wear high top black basketball sneakers with our party dresses.

He was a character. :)

My dad was a WWII Navy Vet. I can still remember him telling us boys to take a fast Navy shower. Get wet, soap up, rinse off and get out. LOL!

Freepers if you can, give twice this quarter to make up for the Mittens commotion. I did.

No, they broke almost immediately. We ended up getting mousetraps from, I think, a hardware store. We did find the source of their entry, which was a pipe from the air conditioner that enters the foundation. Mr. T. applied a foam sealant and so far, that and the mousetraps have fixed the problem.
