What in the world does “no significant trauma” mean??? No trauma I would understand. Does this mean there was some kind of trauma somewhere? Heart failure means your heart stopped beating. Why? Dying of Natural causes means no one killed him. Hard to fathom a heart just stops beating in a guy who was walking home after a glass of wine at a local pub.

I interpret “no significant trauma” as meaning there was a bit of trauma, but nothing more than would happen to someone collapsing on pavement.
