I am saying the way to save conservatism begins at the grassroots level. Gain control of the senate, maintain control of the house and do what Newt did during Clinton's presidency. Block Obama's legislation. It is congress that writes the laws..the president executes them. Exec orders cannot violate the law, but Congress can pass a new law to make a particular exec order obsolete. http://www.whitehouse.gov/administration…
