Thanks Vince Ferrer.
Has anyone seen “John Carter”? I used to read fiction, and enjoyed a number of the John Carter of Mars series from Edgar Rice Burroughs. The late P.J. Farmer noted that any writer who can create the most widely recognized character in literature (Tarzan) should not be given the brush-off. He said it better than I just did. :’)

Yes. It was a pretty good film. My friend said the same, and he’s 28 years older.

I saw it three times. I’m waiting for it to come out on disc now.

I saw it and enjoyed it a lot. The title is what put people off. Most didn’t know what it was about. I plan to buy it on blue ray when it comes out.
