SInce the thread is so slow, I thought I would share this...Tonight I made the lad and myself a killer sirloin tip roast...2.5 lbs..and here is how ;-)
Combine 1/2 tsp each Cayenne, black pepper, thyme, oregano, onion powder, garlic powder. 1 1/4 TBSP Paprika, 1 TBSP sea salt and 2 TBSP olive oil—let it sit about 20 minutes or so...
Rub this all over a room temperature sirloin tip roast..bake at 350 for an hour...let it sit about 15 minutes then slice thin and eat with fresh grated horseradish (that part is just a family favorite,so OPTIONAL ;-)
