Judge also completely dismissed GZ run in with undercover alcohal officer as common/standard and not indicative of violent tendencies (a HUGE premise for the State requesting very high bond). He also mentioned that FL is unique in its dealing with all kinds of shootings with a wide range of circumsyances. He just fired a warning shot to the State about their entire case - I hope they get the hint.
yes
There is some discussion on this point...from what I gather he could have if he believed the state provided an improper complaint.
Media will go after the GPS monitor records. They’ll want them made public.
Thank you.

The first and the last two are boilerplate standard.
FOX coverage is whorish
Have the riots begun yet?
Definitely. The fox coverage is annoying. The state had to know what would happen here today. They will try to save as much face as possible.
They’re probably waiting until Trayvon’s parents have their post-hearing press conference. Then the riots will start up again.
As do I. Thank you!
Sent my lady to work with the o’l .357 mag just in case. Wait for it............wait for it....
Amen to that.
My guess is that the “elite” libs are now on to the phones telling their paid racial extortionist/terrorists to go find something else to do with their evil lives.
Anyone know where I can donate to the Zimmerman defense fund?
CNN has an analyst on saying how ill prepared the state prosecution was at this hearing. Their lead investigator admitting in court they don’t know who started the fight and if Zimmerman was returning to the van.
no and me thinks the racists are gonna look ignorant durin thid trial
That had to be the Bail Hearing of the Century. I thought GZs lawyer did an outstanding job. The judge seemed very fair.
I was shocked and scared when GZ took the stand, but he held up amazingly well against the prosecutor’s attempts to get him to incriminate himself, admit to changing his story or get him to contradict his earlier statments.
I think GZ was a far more credible and effective witness than the state’s investigator with his 248 years of experience, or whatever it was.
Does anyone have a link for the entire hearing?
I missed it (meeting).
Thanks.
