Well now. An honest judge and an astute attorney in O’Mara. Pro bono at that. The pros looked like a dumba## stuttering and stammering all over himself. This case should have been thrown out today.

I was astounded by Dale Gilbreath’s arrogance.

Was just watching him on the live feed, circling around the prosecutors ... chuckling.

He won’t be chuckling if this goes to trial as he’ll be ripped to shreds.

Was interesting (encouraging?) that Lester made a point of stating for the record that he was very familiar with the types of cases the pros tried to whip up into some heinous crime (re Z's prior beef) .. sounded to me like a 'ya think I was born yesterday' moment  ;-)
