I did & he is lucky he didn’t get hit with abuse for the sex with my horse comment. It would have been very easy to have hit it. I doubt he is a teacher. But sadly he could be.

I haven't made any comment so far on the charges or the potential sentence in this case, or what I think would be appropriate, but it should be noted that it is common to overcharge in an indictment and unusual for maximum sentences to be handed down. It would probably be unusual if he ended up convicted of all charges and then sentenced to the maximum.
As for the "pissing match" I tried to bring the discussion back to the topic and back to civility quite a few times and failed to get any movement in that direction at all. You won't get a reasonable response to your questions or even one that touches on the substance but I'll wish you luck in that effort anyway.

Homeschooling is the superior way to rear and educate a child to adulthood. Lucky, indeed, are the children whose parents are capable enough and willing to do it.
Should **all** children be homeschooled. No, of course not!
Some parents are too lazy, too ill educated themselves, too sick, too stupid, too unorganized, too overwhelmed, too materialistic, too poor, etc. These children will need to be institutionalized for their schooling. We need orphanages, too, but no one is claiming it is the best way to bring up and educate a child.
