If this was your father, would you think it a fair punishment to have a clearly emotionally disturbed man in need of psychiatric help potentially go behind bars for the rest of his life over this?So you post the knee-jerk emotionally based argument that the rule of law doesn't matter it's how you feeeeeel about it. ROTFLOL
Liberal nitwit.

nobody here knows anything about the situation or what transpired. Least of all you because you're semi-literate.

Oh, good, here comes the self-aggrandizing credentials again. LOL
I left a higher paying job to march into enemy territory every day ...
Enemy territory? A high school class? Oh, yeah, you'd be a big help if someone walked into your room firing a gun. ROTFLMAO

Or do you just post to a blog and call it a day?Free Republic is not a blog. Not even close. Maybe one of your students can help you understand the internet. If they're very patient and have some skill working with short bus types.

I have a hundred questions in need of answers, before I would condemn this man, ...Look up straw man argument. It's about setting up false premises.

Nope...I was trying to put it into the perspective that this is a human being not a piece of meat.
Nice try though taking it out of context.
Oh...and I said ‘think’, not “feel” so you are wrong here too. LOL
Also
its its after matter and before how.

Regarding the rest of this post, Ive already said its no question this guy was compromised in some way ...Compromised? I don't think that word means what you think it means.

Furthermore, does anyone even know what really transpired? Its easy to pass judgment when all youve been told is a tiny sliver of the facts by an anti-gun sympathetic media. All Ive done is implore people to take a deep breath and look at the frailty of the notions theyve been led to believe and the gross abuse of justice and its misappropriation. This is a forum. (not a blog) We discuss what is known to us not what might be. Or do you think there should be no discussion at all until the whole case is tried and finished?
After I read the article and ran what I knew over in my mind
I was outraged
not at the teacher but the failure of the justice system and media.
Oh, but you can make that judgment without "knowing what really transpired?" Typical arrogant double standard of the statist wannabe.

No it isn’t...it’s about misrepresentation of an opponent’s position
Which in this case makes no sense based on the statement you paired it with since it is my own position. “I have a hundred questions in need of answers, before I would condemn this man”
What the hell is wrong with you? LOL

Ive stated over a dozen times that what this guy did was wrong.Actually you defended it as some kind of lesson about life.
The kids in question here didnt know that it was fake and harmless so it scared the crap out of them and gave them a new perspective on life...which is likely the reaction the teacher was looking for in the first place. Isnt that the whole reason for such programs as Scared Straight? ... I can certainly empathize with why he did what he did.
Using psyops to frighten people into behaving the way you want them to is a time-honored statist method of mind control. What kind of sick control freak would think that's acceptable?

Sorry
wrong again
It was implied to be ‘Emotionally’ compromised. Only an idiot would interpret some other meaning for the word in the context it was used. I just assumed intelligence on the part of the reader...I guess I was wrong. LOL

Zero tolerance laws are a good example of how mob mentality allowed law makers to justify stripping people of their individuality and over-criminalize everything. The next time some kid gets arrested for bringing a butter knife to school for their bagel
Ill send them to you to convict them in the court of street justice and mobocracy.Talk about a complete non-sequitur to the story. (more homework for you)

Sorry...wrong again
It would only be a non-sequitur if I was actually referring to the story with what I said...which I wasn’t. I was talking about mob mentality...unrelated to the story but related to those posting on it
like you. LOL

Nope...I was trying to put it into the perspective that this is a human being not a piece of meat.Right, an emotional-based feel good knee jerk liberal argument against objective application of the law. Do you think that the law is mostly applied to non-humans?
