Las Islas Malvinas?
Was this part of counting up to 57 states? I’m surprised a dog-eating Indonesian half-Kenyan wouldn’t know the difference between Maldives and Malvinas.

Hey, you would have thought they got the message when BO threw out that bust of Churchill that has been given as a gift to the Whitehouse!

Oh no! These boys are the best of friends! Didn't Bammy tuck lil Davie into beddy when Davie was having a sleep-over a month or so ago?
Lil Bammy would never be a double-crossing SOB, would he? Especially to his very best British friends. Bammy has always liked the British so much, and has always gone out of his way to show it.

I agree with the major theme of comments on the Telegraph article
"Pull our troops out of Afghanistan next week, and tell Obama they are needed to reinforce the Falklands garrison."
Obama is an ass.

Very interesting blog. I lost all interest in Cameron when he was rude to Bush the Younger during his last months in office. And the fact that my socialist/old labour friends in England like him makes me uncomfortable. Now Ken the Red Livingstone is running for mayor of London again!

The Brits should check back with us in 2013 before writing us off.

Many of my husband's British relatives LOVE Obama. But then, they are Soxilaists so it is understandable.

Will Cameron be willing to risk being tossed under 0bungle’s bus and miss out on the chance of getting an I-pod loaded with The Won’s speeches?

The Brits are committing national suicide quite fine all on their own. I guess Obama would still prefer to hurry it along.

It is American conservatives who are the natural allies of Britain, not the big-government liberals currently occupying the White House,.... "Big-government liberals" are longtime friends and supporters of the "Special Relationship" .... people like Hubert Humphrey and "Scoop" Jackson.
The people the author is talking about aren't liberals at all. They're "progs": neo-Communists, Stalinists. They're no friends of the West at all, neither Britain nor the U.S.
