Just like he would PRETEND to abide by SCOTUS' strike down of 0bamacare, then AFTER the election IGNORE SCOTUS' ruling and proceed with implementing 0bamacare ANYWAY. This is the same administration that is SUING Voter ID States even though SCOTUS UPHELD State Voter ID Laws as recently as 2008.
There is more than one precedent of 0bama ignoring SCOTUS' rulings.
