New Years Eve wont be the same without him.
Yeah, RIP, Dick Clark, you are the coolest!
(I love you so much,Pumpkin. You're the best cat in the world.)
Noticed your tagline, did you lose your cat, Pumpkin, or hopefully, she is still doing well? I'm a cat lover too and I know what it is like to lose them. I have 3 cats as well.
BTW, sorry for staying OT, but Powers Boothe is my favorite actor. I loved him in "Red Dawn" but my first time seeing him was when he played the Reverend Jim Jones on a CBS miniseries from 1980. He had the looks and actions of Jim Jones pegged so well.

(General James Mattoon Scott, where are you when we need you? We need a regime change.)

Pumpkin is still alive, thank God. He’s doing well but we thought we were going to lose him to an intestinal blockage (which turned out to be a massive hairball he passed). Then he had a hematoma in his ear, which had to be operated on.
Other than that,he’s OK! He’s going to be 11 next month. He’s a house cat who will not set foot outdoors!
I have ‘Guyana Tragedy’ on DVD. It s pretty good for a made-for-TV movie. Powers Boothe won the Emmy for his role and he truly deserved it. He died too soon in ‘Red Dawn’,though. :(
