I agree with you 100% - this looks like someone who was going to sell that poor baby for crack cash. Shooting the woman in broad daylight - how was she caught? Did someone turn her in? Just unbelievable.
I don’t think it was that disorganized. I’m thinking she was told to get a white infant and she did. Whoever hired her must’ve been desperate though.
There are many black market baby rings in this world and the most prized catch is a white newborn.
