Weren’t most POW’s fighting in uniform and didn’t they fight military personnel instead of civilians?
In actuality as terrorists they are the same as spies and should have already have been executed as such.
OK. So by all means let’s observe the Geneva Convention. Marwan Barghouti should be the first to go. They better start stocking up on virgins in the herafter.
If they executed all the terrorists as spies, that would improve conditions in prison for all the low-level drug pushers, purse snatchers and pedophiles that would make up the non-terrorist part of the prison population. Those poor pedophiles would get bigger food portions, more visitation times, and have the ping pong table all to themselves, and outside of prison there won’t be any more Gilad Shalit swaps.
