I’ve been menaced by groups of black teens in the metro stations who seem to take great pleasure in frightening old women. The problem is this old woman isn’t playing.

99% of the metro employees that you see are black and frankly, they have no interest helping some whitey.

There was a post a couple of weeks back about the lack of diversity at the DC Metro. The EEOC record keeping is non-existent.

They'll hire a convicted felon just out of prison for upwards of $200K before they'll hire a white, white Hispanic, Hispanic, Asian, whatever, etc.

Culture is also entrenched bureaucracy, so any improvements, let alone any real work, are discouraged and frowned upon.
