I saw that but I also expect the good citizens of AZ will be working the polls and verifying the voters
I plan to be on patrol outside my polling place wearing my Border Patrol cap. Just for grins.

But if I am reading this right, even if you are registered to vote via the federal form - you still need to show valid ID to get the ballot to vote with. You're not from Chicago, are you? Absentees, vote-by-mail, dead voters all manage to bypass voting in person. Obama would love 2 million illegal registrations in Texas, in Houston and Austin where local officials will organize the vote. I may still be voting in Chicago - I suspect my grandfather is.

Arizona can demand to see certain forms of identification that proves citizenship, the court ruled.... However, the court also ruled that Arizona must not refuse federal voter registration forms, which work on the honor system by asking applicants to check a box indicating whether they're U.S. citizens.
The feds need to get out of the voter registration business. Yes, that means changing the Motor Voter Act.

I think they word it a little different though. No asterisks or ampersats.

This Voter ID issue baffles me. Puerto Rico, a mostly hispanic U.S. jurisdiction of four million U.S. Citizens, has had voter ID laws on its books for at least as long as I have been alive. And they do ask for proof of residency and citizenship when you show up to register. And the State Elections Commission requires their Photo ID to vote.

Where exactly did the 9th Circus find the brain cells necc. for this decision. It’s true then...even a blind squirrel find some acorns or something like that

I could never get this. Is Obama actually more or less admitting that Democratic voters are prone to be fraudulent? He is incensed that voter fraud can no longer continue? The humanity! Someone at the polls will actually challenge you to prove you are who you say you are. Better call Amnesty International.

Speaking of Arizona and Holder Failures, yesterday Katie Pavlich’s “Fast and Furious” was released, I’ve been reading it today, what a totally shameful episode. Somebody (make that plural) needs to go to prison—long term. 2 US Agents dead, 200-300 Mexican citizens murdered, utterly despicable. (I had read quite a bit of articles on F&F , but this just blew me away).
...it’s good to see the whole thing together in one place:

"Mexico Requires Voter ID`s Ha Ha Ha!!!" Every country this side of Zimbabwe requires photo ID.
How come they're not worried about all the people dying because they can't get life-saving medication from the pharmacist without an ID? Where's the legislation for that?
Total intellectual dishonesty by the Democrats.

Well that's a different way to look at it.....
Considering 99% of the LEFT want open voting, no I.D., no nothing....you seem to be swimming against the tide.

Good Grief. I will say this again. My comment was about one possible reason that the all-knowing judicial units of the 9th circuit could have gotten this one close to right. I am 100% in favor of requiring picture ID to vote. Period. But why would the obviously left-leaning 9th Circuit be in favor of voter ID? Because they can justify it in their own minds as increasing government control, which it does, but the government should control some things.
I guess we need an irony tag.
