"Hispanic" means either Mexican or Central American. Anyone else is a "white" Hispanic and not deserving of the hyphenation. I am Hispanic, but not the "right" kind (my grandfather came from Spain).
Lots of German, and French Mexicans, too. Blue eyes and blonde hair.
