I would not think it OK for my child to behave that way. It wouldn’t happen, because she would learn some respect, restraint and responsibility long before she went to school.
And yes, if my child were behaving so out of control, I might well call the police myself to try to instill some sense of appropriate behavior in her young mind.
But - parents who raise children who behave like that are always up in arms when someone else has to deal with what they’ve produced.
Imagine if you had a little six year old daughter in that classroom. Would you want her in the same classroom where furniture was being thrown around? Would you want her sitting next to a child who is strong enough to throw furniture and injure the teacher?
The people on this thread who think the authorities over-reacted would never allow their own children to be endangered.
