You're right - he's not a threat to anyone. It's haters on the left - they want blood.
I think there should be a different place to hold "the accused". They shouldn't be held with the convicts. I also don't understand why he is not allowed to watch television and is held pretty much in solitary. He is not guilty of a crime at this point, so he shouldn't be treated as such.
