First I’ve heard of it... it’s not really a statewide news story as sex crimes on a college campus are like “dog bites man”... a quick look at media in the Iowa City/Cedar Rapids area shows the story getting coverage in-market.
Is University of Iowa where a Chinese graduate student killed a noted science professors and others? Seems it happened around 1990.
