Absent a third party - Romney needs to get all the McCain voters, plus about 3% more and he wins over the ghetto tyrant.

I have not crunched the numbers but if you are right--McCain plus 3%, then Romney is a lock. 2012 Romney is no conservative but he is a stronger candidate than 2008 McCain was.

You are not fooling anyone but yourself with that talk!

McCain had Sarah Palin.

No matter who (R)Money chooses for a running mate, he won’t get a single solitary conservative (Tea Party) voter, which is the very large voting bloc that Sarah Palin handed to McCain last election.

Even with the Sarah bloc McCain couldn’t beat Obama - because McCain, like (R)Money, was just Obama-lite. Why would Dems and Indies vote for Obama-lite when they can have the real thing? Obama will sway them with his message of, “I just need four more years to give you the change you hoped for when you elected me the first term.”

Wake up, FReeper!
