Thanks for the ping jaz. We have lived it. Seen it. The very reason we moved to the ranch 25 years ago. Wasn’t subsidized blacks as that area of old Long Beach was predominantly black for years as is where we live now. It was government assisted whites with their very serious drug trade moving into the neighborhood that sent us scrambling to the suburbs.
