Grand Rapids area, nuff said. Meanwhile everywhere else outside the cities things are pretty quiet.

That particular area of Grand Rapids is, I believe, known to everyone with half a brain as a place not to be.
The issue could be resolved, but it would require “extra-judicial means”.
