We did this piece in January. The tax deficiencies are generated mostly by improper allocation of child support ~ which IRS likes to focus on ~ not that they seek trouble where trouble is but they do.

It can take years before a court unravels who should be doing what to who before IRS can finally figure out if they were really owed something, or that somebody else owed them something but they were looking at the wrong guy, or gal, whatever the case may be.

If you'd prohibit federal employees from divorcing this would probably go away!

I’d sooner prohibit federal employees from procreating. Harmful bacteria and virus’ should be isolated(done)and eradicated.
