Yes they do. Even when I worked in the heart of D.C.'s war zone there were plenty of black persons that were good, decent, and law abiding. One married couple was desperate for overtime so they could get out of the "hood" before starting a family. The good people don't make the news.
we know the subset we're talking about in these crime waves....thankfully, I know none of those, only the good, decent people...
