If a President Romney gets to appoint a replacement for a conservative Justice or for Kennedy I expect he will appoint a programmatic leftist. That way he can make a lot of conservative noises as the President while the Court installs his preferred totalitarian government and he can rail at the Court if he feels he needs to while saying,”Sorry guys, it’s out of my hands.
