I’m just hoping for qualified, non-Marxist, over age 30, with a sober and keen mind who take his/her oath in the fear of God.

With Hussein you KNOW the SCOTUS/federal judge nominations will be radical leftists/socialists. With Willard, they only MIGHT be. I will take my chances with the latter.

Court nominations are often the kind of thing Presidents use to throw a bone to the base/party activists. The idea that Mitt is going to nominate the same kind of liberals to the bench that he did in Massachusetts is silly. There was hardly any conservatives in Mass to hold him accountable or for him to answer to. Nationally, there are and he will rely on them for support at least some of the time. Willard may not nominate good judges as President, but he is very unlikely to nominate marxists.
