Daria Novak lost in 2nd district to Janet Peckanpaugh. I voted for Daria.
I voted for Ann Brickly, but she lost to the perpetpual Rep. Larson.
Larson is unbeatable in the 1st. He will be there sucking up to Obama and Pelosi the rest of his life.
don’t they have to be 35?
“dont they have to be 35?”
I’m glad you asked that question. I had to look up the answer: no age requirement.
When I said “over 30,” I was taking a pot shot at Kagen, who I think is scandalously unqualified to serve on SCOTUS-—firstly because she was placed there by Obama for one reason, and one reason only: to vote affirmatively for ObamaCare-—a stooge we are stuck with for decades.
She was an attorney, champion, and cheerleader for ObamaCare (should have recused herself, but she knows why she was selected). I had no respect for her to begin with and have even less now, since she did not recuse herself and after hearing her comments and questions in the oral arguments (politicking, politicking, politicking).
I hope at some point in her life she proves me wrong.
To my surprise, she is 51. I thought she was younger, i.e., late 30’s-early 40’s.
Also to my surprise is this:
NO QUALIFICATIONS!!! except Senate confirmation. NOT EVEN A CITIZEN REQUIREMENT!!!
The Fathers no doubt did not anticipate that a serious nominee would ever be chosen and take the oath while crossing their fingers.
“Because the Constitution sets no qualifications for service as a justice, a president may nominate anyone to serve, subject to Senate confirmation.”

Did you know this? (not my Kagan opinions, lol, but the SCOTUS qualifications [or lack thereof]).
My daytime nightmare of post #58 is going to be recurring, with variations on a theme.
wow. thanks for the info!
