I find that I must take exception with one very important aspect of your comments.

I am no fan of Mitt. There are several others who I would prefer to see as the GOP nominee.

No one is questioning your right to allocate FR's resources as you see fit. It is YOUR website. And I am in 100% agreement with your statement that we must work even harder to elect TRUE conservatives at all levels..local, state, as well as to Congress. Freepers should donate DIRECTLY whatever they choose to candidates they believe, and can support, and NOT to any campaign committees.

However, I must question your decision NOT to vote for Romney under any circumstances. I myself will hold my nose and vote for him. I would remind you of the following:

1. The next president may will get to nominate anywheres from 1-3 justices to the Supreme Court.

2. I am in Florida. There is no way on God's green earth that Obama can win the election without Florida. As his poll numbers have sunk, Dems are now,( probably to delude themselves) starting to float the idea that Obama has "alternate paths" to an Electoral College majority. This is lunacy. The idea that Obama could lose Florida, yet somehow win, say, North Carolina, and Indiana is at best, a 1000:l shot.

3. I would remind you of the 2000 election results.

Assume, hypothetically that you had been as vehemently opposed to Bush as you are to Romney.

If just 25% of Florida's 2000+ Freepers had taken your advice and NOT voted for Bush, then Al Gore would be president, and then, truly, God help these United States.

I would respectfully suggest that you re-examine and rethink your position in this regard.

Another 4 years of Obama in the WH, even with Republican control of both the House and Senate, will do irreperable harm to the country we both love. That is a given, an absolute. As bad as he has been to date, after November, when he won't have to be concerned with being re-elected, he will do far, far, worse. Heck, he told it to the Russians in the last "open-mike" episode.

You can't compare this to what you fear Romney "might" do if he is elected. There is no option, except to vote for Romney, albeit very grudgingly, and with many reservations.

I am sorry I excerpted your comments for brevity. I support your sentiments 100%, Ken. The Supreme Court will be totally lost in a second 0bama term.

If just 25% of Florida's 2000+ Freepers had taken your advice and NOT voted for Bush,

WOW! You really are desperate. Unless you can show that Bush was a PRO HOMO, PRO Baby Killing, anti-traditional marriage, supporting liberal judges and instituted a socialistic form of healthcare - your scenario is bogus!

Besides even bringing up Florida is not wise. The POS Mitt is a lying backstabber and if you think he won't do the same to again, you must think you are special somehow. He hasn't changed and he's a KNOWN lying backstabber as that's his mo. So save your rant, you will need it if he gets the nod. When his etch a sketch comes out.

I would respectfully suggest that you re-examine and rethink your position in this regard.

WOW! Like Jim doesn't know the deal and somehow you do? Like he has to see things your way - the mitt way! The PRO HOMO candidate somehow now turned into a savior!

Newt is STILL in the race and has been in it yet looking at the primary results, it appears voters like EVIL - let them have it. Snubbing a conservative they can now eat cake. They were too involved in believing the hype and lies about Newt from mitt and rick, they missed their opportunity and pissed on America.

And while they twiddle their thumbs in anxiety that can focus on what could have been. And the reminder NEWT is the one who would beat barry, mitt can't and won't. He's too easy to tear apart - way too easy and with no media protection and his debates skills are zero and he has absolutely nothing to debate Barry with.

You can't compare this to what you fear Romney "might" do if he is elected.

You need that to comfort you. Evil doesn't change to do something good. Evil isn't capable of it. And remember you are the one fearing. How anyone can have any faith in a liberal who record proves it and insists he's a republican with no trace of it is beyond me. A PRO HOMO, PRO Abortion, anti-traditional marriage, appointing liberal judges, institutes a socialistic healthcare program, anti gun - tell me, how is that a republican candidate? Is that the GOP platform in any way? You are putting faith in a man who reeks of dishonestly and evil and expect others to do the same.
