I don’t like Jerry Brown either but when he stands against the unions, I cheer him on like a brother in arms.
In Vietnam we lost a lot of good pilots under a situation called “target fixation”. The fighter pilot would be so committed to a target on the ground, he would forget to pull up and actually fly the aircraft into the ground.
