Well, I’ve been warning everyone from the time that RudyMcRomney started running several years ago. If an abortionist/homosexualist/pro-amnesty/pro-socialized healthcare, big government RINO wins the Republican nomination it will destroy the GOP and set the conservative movement back a generation or more. Looks like it may come to pass. I will never vote for or support this evil abortionist/homosexualist/socialist bastard!! Back to back RINOS (McCain followed by Romney) and we’re toast as a conservative party.

I like the way PA BOOKENDS put it:

PA BOOKENDS to Jim Robinson

We, on the conservative side, always look at the black vote, scratch out heads, & wonder how it is that so many blacks continue to vote for dems when the policies of the democrat party hurt them so badly.
The dems chuckle and retort, “Where else are they gonna go?”

It seems that the republican establishment has taken the same attitude toward us conservatives - “Where else are they gonna go?”

Well, this conservative (I haven’t identified as a republican since Dole was our “choice”)intends to send them a message -LOUD AND CLEAR - that my vote is NOT to be taken as a given, because I ain’t givin’ it to a RINO.

The more of us who make that choice, the louder & clearer the message. I’m with you, Jim.

It is my opinion that if Romney does get the nomination and he does defeat Obama, we can put up a conservative candidate to primary him in 2015-2016 and then sort all of this out..

for now. I think we have to first fire Obama and keep congress/take senate before we do anything else. Then go from there..

It is like a baseball team thats fires its manager. first an intrim manager is installed and then a better guy is hired the next season

Seems it is impossible to reason with people today.

I was agreeing with 90% of what you said.

I’ll type slow so everyone can understand it.

Don’t support Mitt. FINE I understand it. Just refuse to discuss him sort of like the Amish shunning someone.

Just work your butts off getting Tea Party Conservatives elected to every possible office.

On the Mitt issue, it serves no purpose to keep giving our communist enemies more information which they will use to not only smear Mitt (fine with me) but paint anyone associated with the GOP/Conservatives/Tea Party with the same brush.

I for one will not do opposition research for the progressive filth in this country regardless of the political party they are hiding behind.

Jim, thanks for showing that political expediency trumping principles all the time, means that the person does not have strong principles or core values to begin with.

The GOP-e propped up the Mittster, since they believe that they have the conservative base already on their plantation, with nowhere else to go. Romney was offered as the most electable/acceptable to moderates and independents. It does not matter if he is not wanted by the conservative base, because they feel that whoever they put up, the conservatives are in the bag.

For those people on these threads who have been complaining about group think by freepers, why don't all of you take a look at yourselves in the mirror. When the GOP-e says jump, y'all ask "how high?".
