She was actually pointing out to her children the hypocrisy of those who profess to be the most Pious, her point in doing so was to give the message to her children that if you're going to be Pious in Church you better be the same outside of it, if not then do the best you can inside and outside of Church. My Grandmother believed in a good loving forgiving God.
And while we're at it, we have people being murdered everyday in our Country and around the world, we have people in parts of the world being starved by their own leaders, do we seriously think people voting for the presumptive Republican nominee are God's priority?
Because of course, God cannot multitask.
My Grandmother who was born in the early 1900's, she was a very quiet woman yet a very wise woman, she would go to Mass and see the most pious of people there, then she'd see them outside of Church and they were mean miserable people, 1 day she said to my Mom and her siblings that "people will be surprised who they see in Heaven". My point? God is the only 1 to Judge, no 1 else, and to presume that God will Judge harshly those who vote for the eventual nominee if it's Romney? that's arrogance beyond belief, and it's not your place to presume how God will Judge.
Your grandmother can judge others, but no one else except God? How convenient for you.
And He is. He's also holy and righteous. We don't sin deliberately, figuring, oh, what the heck, I'll ask forgiveness later. That makes a mockery of Christ's sacrifice.

At this point I think you’re just wasting your time and effort. I know exactly what your grandmother was saying and she was 100% correct. I have seen it myself. Your grandmother was in know way presuming to know who was getting into heaven.

He acts like a wonderful family man, yet he doesn't hesitate to murder the most defenseless in their mothers womb. Or care much for those who survive the womb to be sodomized by his Log Cabin buddies.
