"Po' Folks was bought out, and the name was changed to just "Folks", so as not to offend the poor.
That's why I don't eat there anymore...well THAT and the fact that ours seems to get its staff from leftover fast food employees.

I was just reminiscing about PoFolks just the other day. I miss them...apparently, they shrunk to the South and West.
