Is the charge of murder in the Trayvon Martin case justified?
Yes. The charge allows the judicial process to move forward. A jury will determine whether Mr. Zimmerman acted in self-defense.
No. The special prosecutor didnt cite any new evidence to justify sidestepping state law. This is a response to political pressure.

Isn’t that something that only he knows?
Fair and equal doesn’t matter any more.
Fair? As in when BushI caved in to the communists or even asked them for advice and help in quelling the riots?
FOOLS.
This is the same cowardly voices of “establishment” and “reasons” which will sell out like cowards this country to a bunch of “we want you to be successful, Islam is peace, Obama” retards.
Way to go RINOs.
What would be fair would be to give Zimmerman say a $10,000 award by crimestoppers or whatever for preventing many future armed robberies, rapes and murders.
Prosecuting him is a serious crime in of itself.

Fair?
Fair doesn’t come into it.
The charge is either right or wrong.
It is either based on legal evidence or it is based on politics.
My opinion based on KNOWN facts.
The charge is wrong and is based on politics.
The poll has flipped.
Hard to image that in this day and age this many people believe system actually works......
If the system worked the man would not have been charged. the police investigated and found no evidence to support an arrest.
Bump for more flipping votes.
There is a very old truism for the law that in controversies of life and death, the only real resolution can come by a fair trial. It was as true in the Old West as it is today.
The only way George Zimmerman will ever be truly free is to be found not guilty by a jury. There is no verdict of “innocent”, but that label may be applied by a court or a prosecutor if evidence comes to light that completely exonerates a person of the indictable offense.
That is, “They couldn’t have done it because they have an airtight alibi at a place far away from the scene of the crime.”
And “free” is relative. Like O.J. Simpson, he might be found not guilty, yet the Martin family may sue him for wrongful death, for which he could get a large fine assigned him.
Yes 47%, No 53% Total vote 311
I think that the entire matter is about money. There won’t be sufficient evidence for a criminal conviction, but that’s when the wrongful death suit will be filed against the HOA, and the City of Sanford. Should be worth a few million$$$.
(It’s redistribution of wealth and nobody really gives a damn about Trayvon). SHOW ME THE MONEY!!!!!
The power of the Freep is starting to become apparent.
Not with the advent of the internet, facebook, cell phones, twitter, photoshop and everyone carrying a camera with them. Most people nowadays carry more stuff to report the news as they see it, than professional reporters did, 40 yrs ago.
The police call audio of Zimmerman, sounds like he is the nicest guy you could ever meet.
You’re right, both sides stand to profit from this.
There was a lot of pressure on this one from Obama and the federal government. The state was told they better do it or else. The black groups are threatening destruction. They have no regard for the law at all. And it is only going to get worse. They seek not justice, but injustice. Their motives are Racially motivated. If Zimmerman had been black then none of this would be happening.
The Obama administration and the liberal left, are loving this whole thing, as they use it to set up the elimination of common sense laws that allow citizens to protect themselves. And ultimately to even take away the right to bear arms.
Everything good and just in this country is being turned upside down and inside out. It was all planned long ago. Americans are too stupid to see or believe it. And the ones that do can do nothing about it. All we can do is sit back and watch our country self destruct.
